Ms. Sara Fernandez

Sara is a Registered Psychologist and current Master of Clinical Psychology student who works with children, adolescents and adults.

Much of her work has been supporting people navigating emotional difficulties, neurodevelopmental differences, trauma, complex family dynamics and significant life transitions. She has a particular interest in understanding how early experiences, relationships and life circumstances shape the way people think, feel and respond to the world around them.

Sara believes therapy should be both meaningful and practical. Her approach combines warmth, curiosity and evidence-based strategies to help clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths and make lasting changes in their lives. Alongside therapy, Sara has a strong interest in psychological assessment and psychometric testing, including cognitive, educational and diagnostic assessments.

Sara welcomes referrals under Medicare, private health insurance, self-funded arrangements and SIRA (Workers Compensation).
