Steven Gu – Accredited Exercise Physiologist

We are excited to welcome Steven Gu, our Accredited Exercise Physiologist, to Vivant Medical!

Steven holds a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology from the University of New South Wales and is accredited with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) and SIRA. He is also certified in RockTape Kinesiology Taping, RockTape IASTM and Soft Tissue Release, First Aid & CPR.

Steven specialises in:

• Chronic disease management & rehabilitation (musculoskeletal, cardiovascular & metabolic)
• Falls prevention & mobility support
• Neurological rehabilitation (Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, post-stroke)

By implementing exercise therapy, functional assessment, soft tissue techniques, and education, Steven helps patients recover from injury, improve mobility, and enhance their functional capacity and quality of life.

He supports clients under Medicare, Private Health Funds, NDIS, WorkCover, CTP, and Aged Care programs.
